Application

Lithium chloride solution (Electrolyte solution) serves as a filling solution for reference electrodes primarily used in titration of nonaqueous solutions. It was used for the determination of trace alkaline earth metals in brines, via chelation ion chromatography, on iminodiacetic acid bonded silica column. It may also be used along with N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) for the size exclusion chromatography analysis of cellulose.
