Anti-CD3 (human), violetFluor® 450, clone SK7 Antibody is an antibody against CD3 for use in Flow Cytometry.

Quality

This monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography. The purified antibody was conjugated under optimal conditions, with unreacted dye removed from the preparation.

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 μg from a representative lot detected CD3 in one million human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
