General description

Plasmid Miniprep96 Kit is a quick and easy-to-use kit that produces clean and reproducible DNA in half a time than traditional methods. Bind-wash-elute or centrifugation steps are not required. The kit is inclusive of all the reagents and disposable materials needed to purify plasmid DNA in a 96-well format. Purified samples are applicable for use in most of the sensitive downstream applications such as cloning, DNA sequencing, and transformation.

Application

Plasmid Miniprep96 Kit has been used to prepare DNA of the expression plasmids for automated apoptosis assay to detect activation of caspase 3.
