Application

A selective, fluorogenic medium for the simultaneous detection and enumeration of Escherichia coli and total coliforms in water, milk and food products.

Preparation Note

Suspend 40g in 1 litre demineralised water. Stand for 15 minutes. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Cool to 45-50°C. Mix well and pour plates. Do not Autoclave
