Immunofluorescence Analysis: A 1:50-150 dilution from a representative lot detected actin in human heart, prostate, skeletal muscle, and small intestine tissue sections.
The unconjugated antibody (Cat. No. ABT1485) and Alexa Fluor™ 488-conjugated antibody (Cat. No. ABT1485-AF488) are also available for flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting applications.
