Gene Information

human ... SEMA3F(6405)

Specificity

Recognizes Semaphorin 3F (Sema3F), recombinant and purified protein. By Western blot the antibody recognizes a protein of 90 kDa in total extracts from tissue culture cells producing Sema3F. Semaphorin 3F is expressed ubiquitously with higher levels in lung, brain, spleen, muscle and heart.
This antibody may also react with mouse because of extremely high sequence conservation in the SEM3F protein.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide from human Semaphorin 3F (Catalog number AG363). (TPWTQTQAVRFRFSRATDGALRPM).

Application

Anti-Semaphorin 3F Antibody is an antibody against Semaphorin 3F for use in IC & WB.
