Specificity

Immunogen

Ubiquitin from bovine red blood cells coupled to chicken gamma globulin.

Application

Detect Ubiquitin using this Anti-Ubiquitin Antibody validated for use in WB, IH.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:2,000-1:5,000.

Immunoblotting: 1:1,000-1:2,000 (depending on detection system used).

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Sheep serum. Lyophilized, no preservatives. Reconstitute with 100 mL of sterile distilled water. Centrifuge to remove any residue.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20 to -70°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability.
