General description

Suitable for nucleic acids and protein separations and sequencing. Molecular biology grade. Premixed powder offers the convenience of three standard ratios of acrylamide to bis-acrylamide for convenience and safety. Reconstitute with deionized water to a final volume of 100 ml for the 40 g size and 500 ml for the 200 g size; yields a 40% working solution of 29: 1 ratio.
