Specificity

Histone H3 phosphorylated at Ser10.

Application

Epitope: Histone H3 pSer10.

Evaluated by Immunocytochemistry in HeLa cells.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution of this antibody detected histone H3 Ser10 phosphorylation in HeLa cells.

Physical properties

~17 kDa observed.
