General description

A stable-labeled internal standard suitable in LC/MS or GC/MS applications for cannabinoid testing, urine drug testing, clinical toxicology, or isotope dilution methods. 11-Hydroxy- Δ9-THC is an active metabolite of THC and metabolic precursor to 11-nor-9-carboxy-Δ9-THC. This cannabinoid biomarker is found in biological matrices including urine, blood, and plasma.

Forensic toxicology, 36(2), 415-423 (2018-07-03)
Analysis of drugs and their metabolites in biofluids usually demands the application of sample preparation methods that allow for full isolation of analyzed substances from the matrix. The purpose of this study was to develop a method using the QuEChERS

Articles

LC-MS/MS is a powerful tool that brings numerous benefits to the clinical sample analysis arena. However, due to the complexity of the instrumentation there are some unique challenges that also accompany these benefits. Even following sample extraction and cleanup, matrix effects from the samples can cause interferences or impact ionization efficiency.

Our team of scientists has experience in all areas of research including Life Science, Material Science, Chemical Synthesis, Chromatography, Analytical and many others.
