Rabbit Serum has been used as a supplement in BSK-H medium to study the chemotactic migration of spirochetes. It has also been used as a supplement in BSK-H medium for isolation of Borrelia spirochetes from skin.
Selected for ability to support growth of Borrelia burgdorferi in BSK-H medium (B3528). Recommended for use at 6 ml/100 mL in B3528.
