Descrizione generale
SLAM-VproS-13CH3 Kit has13CH3 isotopomer precursor and contains protocol instructions for creation of isotopically-labeled proteins.
Applicazioni
For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
High incorporation of 13CH3 isotopomer of methyl groups in valine residues without detectable scrambling is achieved using SLAM-VproS-13CH3 kit. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. It enables investigation of supramolecular complex upto 1 MDa in solid-state NMR spectroscopy studies.
