General description

Filter kits for Tricorn 5 and 10 columns are available in three porosities. Choose the standard 7 µm porosity for most applications. Use the medium 18 µm porosity for the purification of polyclonal IgG antibodies or mAbs in combination with resins such as MabSelect SuRe pcc or MabSelect PrismA. Use the coarse filter (> 25 µm) to reduce the risk of clogging your capture resin when working with large volumes or repeated loadings of clarified samples. All filter kits include top and bottom filters and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) O-rings, five of each.

Tricorn columns incorporate modern design and high performance to increase the user friendliness and reliability of the chromatography column. Tricorn columns are designed for high resolution liquid chromatography of biomolecules performed at medium to high pressures.

Features and Benefits

  • High performance glass columns designed for reliable high resolution, reproducibility and durability
