Culture Medium

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells grow in suspension, but will increasingly to adhere to the surface during longer culture. For passaging it is recommended to subculture both cell types using scrapers for dislodging adh
