Culture Medium

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non essential amino acids + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculture Routine

Split subconfluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 7.5-10% CO2; 37 °C. Suggested seeding density 2-4x10,000 cells/cm².
