Application

Mefenamic acid USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia. Also, for use with USP monographs such as:
  • Mefenamic Acid Capsules
An NSAID. Circumvents MRP-mediated multidrug resistance. Specifically and significantly potentiates the cytotoxicity of anthracyclines as well as teniposide, VP-16 and vincristine.
