General description

Purified GM2 ganglioside attached to Salmonella minnesota.

Specificity

Clone GMB28 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically detects GM2 ganglioside.

Application

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:50 dilution from a representative lot detected GM2 ganglioside in human prostate cancer tissue sections.

ELISA Analysis: A representative lot detected GM2 ganglioside in ELISA applications (Kotani, M., et. al. (1992). Biochim Biophys Acta. 1117(1):97-103).

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A representative lot detected GM2 ganglioside in Immunohistochemistry applications (Oqawa, Y., et. al. (2017). Sci Rep. 7:40518).

Quality

Evaluated by Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) in human kidney tissue sections.

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:50 dilution of this antibody detected GM2 ganglioside in human kidney tissue sections.

Physical form
