Application

State-of-the-art, ultra-purified and modified sodium alginate, grafted with RGD peptide sequences, available in 100 mg lyophilized powder vials. Novatach Peptide-coupled UP Alginates are designed to facilitate and promote interaction between cells and alginate-based scaffolds and matrices. They are useful when cell-to-matrix interactions are beneficial. The GRGDSP peptide sequence is a common example of such adhesion ligand used for MSC stem cells. The peptide alginate is available with four different alginate backbones giving flexibility to match hydrogel properties in your application. Examples of Novatach Peptide-coupled UP Alginates applications: initiator for biological interactions between alginate hydrogels and cells, encapsulation of living cells and therapeutic proteins for cell therapy medications, 3D bioprinting, foams and cell tissue scaffolds, hydrogels, advanced drug delivery, etc.
