Application

Penicillin–Streptomycin Solution Hybri-Max has been used:
  • as a supplement in Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) 1640 medium to maintain human breast cancer cell lines
  • as a component of the Dulbecco′s modified Eagle′s medium/F-12 (DMEM/F-12) to culture human chondrocytes
  • as a component of the DMEM medium to culture human hepatocyte carcinoma cells
