Application

Triethanolamine (Trolamine) is a tertiary amine that acts as a basic buffer component, typically used as a final formulation buffer for small molecules pharmaceuticals. It may also be used as a process buffer in cell lysis and biomolecule downstream chromatography.
As a multi-compendial product, Triethanolamine (Trolamine) Emprove® Expert meets the N-nitrosodiethanolamine limits required by Ph Eur. Also, low microbial and endotoxin limits facilitate the use of this product in high-risk applications.
