General description

Proteomix columns are packed with poly(styrene divinylbenzene) particles that are protected with a hydrophilic polymer layer that contains a network of weak (WCX) or strong (SCX) cation exchange groups. Use Proteomix cation-exchange columns for the analysis or small scale purification of positively charged biopolymers including glycoprotein isoforms and mAb variants.
