General description
Each perforated lid is provided with a black marking for individual identification and traceability. The type of the head is indicated by a 3-letter code followed by a 6-digit serial number. For the 300 x 0.6 mm perforated lid for MAS-100 Atmos® the type of code is ALA. The same information is included in the 2D bar code.
Furthermore, for easy visual identification the sieve plate is colored in blue. Additional marking indicates the correct positioning for opening and closing the lid.
The default flow rate is 100 liter/min (LPM) with an impaction speed of 20 m/s attains a nominal d50 value of 1.1 μm.
An optional perforated lid with 300x0.47mm diameter is available to achieve a d50 of 1.1 μm as well at a pre-selected flow rate of 50 LPM (refer related product below)
