Latex enhanced immunoassay reagents can be adapted to automated biochemistry bio-analyzers , equipment available in every modern biochemistry laboratory. Combining existing knowledge in the areas of antibody development and bead conjugation these reagents are suitable for the determination of proteins in patient samples. Their use can override the need for specific and expensive equipment necessary to perform these tests in the past.
