General description

An oxindole compound that serves as a negative control for PKR Inhibitor (Cat. No. 527450). Shown to be inactive in inhibiting RNA-induced PKR autophosphorylation (IC50 >100 µM) or in rescuing PKR-dependent translation block.
An oxindole compound that serves as a negative control for PKR Inhibitor (Cat. No. 527450). Shown to be inactive in the inhibition of RNA-induced PKR autophosphorylation (IC50 >100 µM). Exhibits no ability to rescue the translational block imposed by human PKR.
