WL (Wallerstein Laboratory) Nutrient Medium (modified) is a modification of WL Nutrient Medium for the microbiological quality control employed in the beer-brewing industry.
WL Nutrient Medium has been modified by increasing the pH and reducing glucose concentration to facilitate the cultivation of a broad range of yeasts and bacteria from raw materials and the brewing industry environment.
