Please refer to the attached General ELISA KIT Procedure (sandwich, competitive & Indirect ELISA)
Human IL-12 p70 ELISA kit has been used to determine the concentrations of IL-12, IL-10, IL-1β and TNFα in cell culture supernatants.
Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-12A (interleukin 12 A) is essential for differentiation of Th1 (type 1) cells. Polymorphisms in IL-12A gene is associated with Graves′ and Alzheimer′s disease, rheumatoid arthritis and asthma.
