Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM Glutamine + 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 0.05 mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 100,000 to 1,000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C. Cells grow slowly and in small clumps. Slightly acidic conditions preferred for growth.
