General description
Murine RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant mouse-derived RNase inhibitor expressed and purified in E. coli in a soluble form that can extensively inhibit various RNases (RNase A, B, C).
Compared with human-derived RNase inhibitors, mouse-derived RNase inhibitors do not contain two cysteines that are very sensitive to oxidation in human protein, so it has higher antioxidant activity and is more suitable for experiments sensitive to high DTT (such as qPCR).
This product is DNase, RNase and Nickase free.

Application
Murine RNase Inhibitor is Suitable for use in:
- in vitro inhibition of ribonucleases.
- cDNA synthesis.
- RT-PCR.
- in vitro transcription and translation.
Features and Benefits
Murine RNase Inhibitor has the following advantages:
RT-PCR/qPCR Compatibility:
RT-PCR/qPCR Compatibility:
- Enhanced antioxidant capacity will not form the disulfide bonds that human-derived proteins would produce under oxidative conditions.
- High-purity E. coli soluble expression.
- No RNase residue.
