General description

The NovaCHOice Transfection Kit consists of a NovaCHOice Transfection Reagent and NovaCHOice Booster Reagent specifically developed for mammalian protein production in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) derived cells. The NovaCHOice Booster Reagent is optional and enhances expression in certain media formulations. Both reagents are comprised of animal-origin free components that are compatible with many chemically defined media formulations. The NovaCHOice Transfection Kit eliminates the need for a culture medium change post-transfection and is suitable for both transient and stable transfection.
