General description

The dry dye Phloxin B (C.I. 45410) for microscopy Certistain®, is used for the preparation of a staining solution for cytoplasmic staining in histological sections of human origin. It is mainly used in Hemytoxylin and Eosin (H&E) overview staining that is routinely performed in histological laboratories. Eosin and Phloxine bind to the positively charged plasma proteins. The combination of both dyes results in a broader color range in the tissue. As a CERTISTAIN® dye it is chemically quality-certified according to highest standards and strict specifications.

Application

for microscopy Certistain®
