Informations sur le gène

human ... TLR4(7099)

Description générale

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are transmembrane receptors expressed on the surface of immune and non-immune cells. There are at least 13 different TLRs identified that mediate signalling pathways contributing to acute inflammatory processes during tissue damage and bacterial infections TLR2 is highly inducible by numerous inflammatory mediators resulting in translocation of transcription factor NF-κB-mediated proinflammatory cytokines and immune responses

Immunogène

a peptide corresponding to 15 amino acids near the amino-terminus of human TLR4.

Liaison

The action of this antibody can be blocked using blocking peptide SBP3141.

Forme physique

Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide
