Actions biochimiques/physiologiques
Factor Xa chromogenic substrate contains peptide sequence Bz-Ile-Glu-Gly-Arg-pNA. Factor Xa mediates the release of p-NA chromogen post hydrolysis of substrate which is measurable photometrically.
