General description
iFluor 560 succinimidyl ester is a fluorescent dye that has spectral properties comparable to Cy3B, but it displays much improved water solubility. It exhibits an excitation max at 560 nm and an emission max at 571 nm with an extinction coefficient of 120,000 cm-1 M-1. IFluor 560 can be used for covalent labeling of antibodies and detection by flow cytometry.
