General description

Meat extract is prepared from selected animal tissues free from fat and sinew. It is a high-performance enzymatic hydrolysate of a mix of animal proteins. It is suitable for a broad range of applications such as culture media, vaccines, and food industries. It complements the nutritional properties of peptone by contributing minerals, phosphates, energy sources, and the essential factors missing from peptone.

Application

MeatExtract is used as a nutritive substrate. It isparticularly suitable for the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria.
