General description
Lack of restriction endonuclease:
The enzyme originally isolated from T. aquaticus BM lacks Taq I restriction endonuclease activity.
The PCR Master is stable at +2 to +8 °C, allowing immediate PCR without the time-consuming thawing of reagents.
