General description

The rat monoclonal antibody RA3-6B2 recognizes an epitope on CD45R, which is expressed at all developmental stages of B cells, including activated B cells, but also on subsets of NK and T cells. T cells detected by this antibody are supposed to be in activated state.

Immunogen

Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced pre-B tumor cells

Mds1-Evi1 (also known as Prdm3) and Prdm16 are two highly related zinc finger transcription factors that, within the hematopoietic system, are both expressed primarily in hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). Our laboratory previously found that constitutive Mds1-Evi1 knockout mice are viable
