General description

GPhos is a Buchwald-type ligand used in various cross-coupling reactions.

Application

GPhos is a dialkylbiaryl monophosphine ligand developed by the Buchwald group for aryl amination reactions. The GPhos Pd oxidative addition complex (OAC) enables room temperature C-N couplings with complex substrates at higher efficiency than previously developed ligands.
