Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
Triclosan-methyl has been used as antimicrobial agent in assay as positive controls in the isolation and identification of active antimicrobial compounds from E. linza algae extract, which was analysed using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method (RP-HPLC) and gas chromatography method (GC) coupled with mass spectroscopy, and further confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance studies (NMR).
