Aplicación

Urea USP reference standard for use in specified quality tests and assays.

Also used to prepare standard, urea standard stock, and system suitability solutions for assay, and impurity analysis according to given below monographs of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP):
  • Urea
  • Fluorouracil
  • Allantoin
Utilizada para la desnaturalización de proteínas y como suave agente de solubilización para las proteínas insolubles o desnaturalizadas. Útil para la renaturalización de proteínas de muestras ya desnaturalizadas con cloruro de guanidina 6 M como los cuerpos de inclusión. Puede utilizarse con clorhidrato de guanidina y ditiotreitol (DTT) en el repliegue de las proteínas desnaturalizadas a su forma nativa o activa.
