LiChrospher^® RP-18 HPLC column is an incredibly reliable and highly versatile, traditionally manufactured spherical silica-based support, designed for reversed-phase chromatography of acidic, neutral and weakly basic compounds - substances frequently found in all analytical fields. The optimal selectivity and performance of the column ensure that these parameters remain constant from batch to batch and from year to year.

Aplicación

• HPLC-UV and GC-MS Methods for Determination of Chlorambucil and Valproic Acid in Plasma for Further Exploring a New Combined Therapy of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.: This study illustrates the efficiency of the LiChrospher^® RP-18 HPLC Column in a novel approach to analyzing the pharmacokinetics of chlorambucil and valproic acid, providing critical data for potential combined therapy options in treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia (Lipska et al., 2021).
