Acciones bioquímicas o fisiológicas

Integrin α FG-GAP repeat containing 1 (ITFG1) is also known as type 2A-interacting protein (TIP). It is a 20 kDa ubiquitously expressed novel regulatory protein. It interacts with PP2A and the PP2A-like enzymes PP4 and PP6. ITFG1 inhibits regulator of PP2A and possesses a role for TIP.PP2A complexes within the ATM/ATR signaling pathway controlling DNA replication and repair.
