Descripción general
IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that modulate several immune responses. Rabbit polyclonal IgGs against target proteins are often used as primary antibodies in various research applications. Thus, secondary polyclonal anti-rabbit IgGs conjugated to a detectable substrate are useful tools for the immunological analysis of target proteins. Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody is specific for all rabbit IgGs and does not bind to human serum proteins in ELISA.

Se realizaron análisis de inmunoprecipitación y inmunoelectrotransferencia (técnica western) de los lisados celulares C33A utilizando IgG anti-conejo de cabra conjugada con HRP como el anticuerpo secundario.
Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody can be used in sandwich ELISA (diluted 1:3000 in PBS-0.05% Tween 20) and immunoelectrophoresis. The product can also be used for western blotting applications (at 1:2000 dilutions in mouse liver homogenates , or in mouse embryonic fibroblasts ).
