Application
The SRM is designed for the evaluation of test methods and calibration of instruments used in the determination of sulfur in furnace (metallurgical) coke.
Features and Benefits
- The certified value of the SRM was determined by calculating the mass fraction values of sulfur, which is obtained through isotope dilution thermal ionization mass spectrometry (ID-TIMS).
- Reference values for elements are also expressed as mass fractions on their dry-mass basis.
- The certified value is metrologically traceable to the SI unit of mass fraction, expressed as a percentage.
- The NIST certificate is provided with expiration certificate, use, storage, handling, and maintenance instructions.
Other Notes
