General description
Collagen type I is a fibrillar collagen that consists of two α1 chains and one α2 chain twisted together to form a triple helix structure. It is the predominant protein in vertebrates and plays a significant role in the extracellular matrices present in various tissues such as bones, tendons, skin, ligaments, cornea, and other types of connective tissue between cells. Rat Tail Collagen Coating Solution (20 ML) enhances cell attachment and proliferation, or promotion of cell-specific morphology and function. It is commonly used for endothelial cells, hepatocytes, muscle cells, and a variety of other cell types.
This collagen solution is prepared in 0.02 M Acetic Acid at 50 ug/ml and sterile filtered.

Application
Rat Tail Collagen Coating Solution (20 ML) is suitable for use in cell culture to study the growth, differentiation, and migration of cells. The rat-tail collagen I coating solution has been used to coat 96-well plates, providing a suitable surface for the adhesion and growth of primary keratinocytes in cell culture experiments.
Preparation Note
To prepare the tissue culture ware, apply Rat Tail Collagen Solution at a culture surface ratio of 5 ug/cm2. Here are some examples:
- For a T-25 flask, use 125 ug (2.5 ml) of the solution.
- For each well of a 24-well plate, use 10.5 ug (210 ul) of the solution.

Gene delivery using vector or viral-based methods is often limited by technical and safety barriers. A promising alternative that circumvents these shortcomings is the direct delivery of proteins into cells. Here we introduce a non-viral, ligand-mediated protein delivery system capable
