General description

Normal human serum collected off the clot from healthy normal humans. Each donor unit was tested and found negative for HIV 1&2, HIV-Ag, HCV, HBsAg, and RPR by FDA approved methods.

Application

Normal Human Serum has been used as a reference or control in degradation assays involving DNase I and MNase treatments, providing a comparison for assessing the impact of these enzymes on the DHM structures.

Physical form

Nonsterile liquid. Contains no preservatives.

Filtered through a 0.2μ absolute membrane filter before bottling.

Storage and Stability

Store frozen at -20°C for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
