Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: Dot: Assay-dependent dilution, EM: Assay-dependent dilution, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, IHC-Wm: 1:50-1:500, MeDIP: Assay-dependent dilution. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
