Sodium phosphate dibasic is a component in many biological buffers used in biochemical, biomedical, and molecular biological research. Sodium phosphate dibasic may be used for phosphate buffer and Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) that is commonly utilized for cell culture, immunohistochemistry, western blot, and other biochemical applications where a stable pH is crucial. Including protein purification and enzymatic assays.
