Product PLAK0512, Powered by Bethyl Laboratories, has been pre-qualified for use in proximity ligation assay (PLA®). PLA® technology enables visualization of protein interactions in fixed cells and tissue samples while under endogenous protein expression levels.
The primary-conjugate (direct) method of PLA® requires the use of Probemaker PLUS and MINUS Duolink® reagents and your choice of Detection Reagents. Accessories include Wash Buffers and Mounting Media.
