SGC-CAMKK2-1 (YL-36) is a potent and selective CaM kinase kinase (CaMKK) inhibitor (CAMKK2 IC50 = 30 nM) that inhibits C4-2 cellular AMPK phosphorylation (IC50 = 1.6 μM) with selective affinity toward CAMKK1/2 over other kinases (404-kinase panel kinome-wide Discoverx screen).
