Application

Anti-Tryptase Antibody, Mast Cell, clone G3, Alkaline Phosphatase is an antibody against Tryptase for use in WB, IH.
Immunoblotting & immunohistochemistry at 1:200-1:1,000. For optimal results, tissues or cytospin preparations should be fixed in Carnoy′s Fluid (60% ethanol, 30% chloroform, 10% glacial acetic acid). Not recommended for use on formaldehyde fixed tissue. May be used on thin sections prepared for ultrastructural analysis after fixation of tissue in a modified Karnovsky′s reagent [Lab. Invest. (1988). 58:682-691].

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
